Kurtis Grassett
CEO
Kurt Grassett is the Owner and CEO of Homestead Property Watch and Management Services LLC.
Kurt is a native of New Hampshire and is a Licensed Certified Master Home Inspector in both New Hampshire and Vermont. He also is licensed to conduct septic evaluations and is certified as a mold investigator.
Kurt’s construction knowledge, coupled with his knowledge of homes and systems allows him to assist homeowners with property management, and understanding what maintenance indeed to be completed and when.
Scott Lester
Director of Operations
Scott Lester is the Director of Operations of Homestead Property Watch and Management LLC.
Scott grew up in Antrim, NH where he had a career in law enforcement that concluded in 2021 as the Antrim Chief of Police.
In May of 2021, Scott launched his next career in the professional property management and home watch sector by working for Homestead Property Watch and Management Services as the Director of Operations.
Scott’s dedication to home safety and experience on the police force takes our home watch service to a whole new level and will ensure our clients’ homes are being diligently watched and obvious issues or concerns will be brought to our clients’ attention at the earliest
opportunity.
